Welcome to Hopes Landing!
Hopes Landing is a deed-restricted community situated in Northeast Texas on scenic Lake Bob Sandlin. At just over 9,000 acres, the lake provides great scenery, fishing, boating and bird watching. It's a country setting that is in close proximity to several towns and cities including Mt. Pleasant, Longview, Tyler, and Texarkana. Additionally, Dallas is a short 90-minute drive on Interstate 30. Lake Bob Sandlin State Park is adjacent to the development, providing an abundance of native wildlife.
Tri Lakes VFD Fund Raiser Chili Supper, Feb. 3, 2024, noon-8 pm!!
Please come & support our local VFD. LET’S SHOW OUR SUPPORT!! Approx 65% of their budget is raised at this annual fund raiser. Funds used for repairs, tires, insurance, new & updated equipment, building upkeep, utilities.
We need baked goods for desserts to be served with the chili supper-cakes, cookies, brownies, etc. ALSO, CAKES TO BE AUCTIONED!
If you are unable to attend, donations may be mailed to Tri Lakes VFD, 75 CR 2850, Pittsburg, Texas 75686. Call Desi Goodrich at 918-931-1548 if you have questions.
