Quick
& Easy Crockpot Chicken & Dressing

1. One, three pound
chicken, cut in bite size pieces. A Sams or Wal-mart precooked
chicken works well.
2. Eight slices of white or wheat bread cut in cubes
3. One, eight inch pan of corn bread, crumbled
4. Four eggs beaten lightly
5. Two cans cream of chicken soup
6. Two cans chicken broth
7. One big onion chopped
8. One half cup chopped celery
9. Two teaspoons spoons sage
10. Two table spoons butter
11. Salt and pepper to taste
12. Dash of Tonys or red pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl
mix all ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER, combining all evenly.
2. Spoon this mixture
into your crock pot and top with the two table spoons of reserved butter
3. Cover crock pot
with lid and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.
This makes a large
quantity of very moist and delicious dressing that needs no extra gravy.
It will feed 10
to 12 people easy with delicious left-overs.
