Chili
Supper (hosted by the Blodgett Fire Department)
Hopes
Landing resides in a volunteer fire department district. These people
do an outstanding job for what is a very dangerous task. The Blodgett
Volunteer Fire Department hosts an annual "Chili Supper" at
the fire station the first Saturday of February each year. The funds
received are used to upgrade and maintain their equipment.
Garage
Sales
Hopes Landing home owners normally
have two community garage sales per year. These Saturday events allow
for joint advertising to increase traffic. The web site will post date
and times on the front page "News Alerts" as well as this
page when dates are developed.
Common
Grounds Cleanup
We are quite proud of our community
and volunteer each year, usually on a Saturday to mow, cut brush, repair
the entry fence, and perform general cleanup for all common grounds.
Sometimes we even allow a lunch break! Date and times will be posted
on the front page "News Alerts" and details posted on this
page.
